Customers satisfaction is our top priority. We do not offer return on change of mind. However If the item is faulty/damaged then we will happily offer an exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery.

When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume or a deodorant, which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging. Items are your responsibility until they reach us. The cost of returning the items to us is your responsibility.

Please be aware that we are unable to refund certain items due to hygiene reasons Accessories, Fancy dress costumes, Lingerie, Body Jewellery, Bikinis and hosiery items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
